Usage: This garden ( yard ) plant is best grown in large groups in winter and spring flowering borders or beds.
They are ideal for rock gardens.
Site: Grow them in full sun, they thrive in it!
They will also do well in partial shade.
Soil: Any rich, moist but free draining soil.
Propagation Methods: By seed in autumn.

By division late spring to early summer.
