With all the plants that "spring" into life, all the flowers that dazzle and show off, spring really is something to look forward to.

Now that the cold, dark, wet, bleak winter is finally loosing its grip there is everything to look forward to.
The days are just starting to lengthen. It is definitely staying a bit lighter a little bit later.
And the sun is definitely brighter. The sun does appear higher and the shadows are starting to shorten.
The temperature feels as though it is gradually rising. Maybe just a tad! But it's definitely rising.
Yup! You can safely say winter is loosing it's grip!!!

Green leaves and stems will be popping up through the ground probing the air and braving any frosts that are still about. This is the first sign of good things to come.
