Height: 30cm (12inches).

Flowering: From March through to beginning of June.

Usage: This garden plant is ideal in any cottage garden scheme with its dark green leaves and brilliant colours.

Grow them as edging to borders and beds.

Grown in patio pots and tubs, window boxes and most planters polyanthus gives a long and brilliant display.

They look very effective at the edge of informal ponds.

Site: Polyanthus prefer partial shade.

Soil: They will perform well in most garden soils .
