How to Propagate and Grow Mentha

Common Names: Mint, apple mint, variegated mint.
Classification: Perennial.
Height: 1200cm (48inches).
Flowering: From summer through autumn.
Usage: Ideal for borders and beds. Plant in crevices of paths and walls for an outstanding display of colour and a mouth watering aroma.
Site: Mentha prefer full sun, they thrive in it!
Soil: Any moist but free draining soil.
Propagation Methods: By seed in spring.
Best germination temperature: 70 deg F.
Time from sowing to germination: 1 month onwards.
Germination can be very slow, so be patient!
