Common Names: Inula.

Classification: Perennial.

Height: 1.8m (72inches).

Flowering: Late summer through autumn.

Usage: Ideal for the middle to back of tall borders and beds.

Inula are ideal for the back of bog gardens

Plant several together in beds at the back of informal ponds for a stunning effect.

Site: Inula prefer full sun, they thrive in it!

Soil: Any rich and moisture retentive soil.


Propagation Methods: By seed in spring or autumn.

Best germination temperature: 70 deg F.

Time from sowing to germiantion: 2 - 3 months onwards.

Slow at germinating, so be patient!
