"Trailing fuchsias grown in hanging baskets take some beating"

There are about seven to eight thousand cultivated hybrids of this much loved and widely grown garden plant.

Every year there are new spectacular and exciting additions all with show stopping flowers.

They originate from New Zealand and Central and South America and there are around one hundred species.

These are some of the most splendid flowers to grow in your garden, yard, conservatory or greenhouse.

And grown in patio pots and tubs, window boxes and troughs you will be hard pressed to find a better plant to give you such a splendid display.

Trailing fuchsias grown in hanging baskets take some beating. They are the most beautiful plants for hanging baskets.

Fuchsias also flower from early/mid summer right through to the first frosts.

In the 2006 - 2007 season, plants grown in the spring of 2006 started to flower early summer 2006 and where still flowering in early February 2007, when a hard frost finally got to them.

Ok it was a mild winter, but they will flower and flower until the frost cuts them back.

Fuchsia really are a great and easy plant to propagate and grow. So you have just got to have a go.

And from just one mature fuchsia, in one season, you can take around fifty cuttings, which gives you fifty new plants, now that's definitely plants free for life! And you still have the original plant to enjoy.

They root so easy from cuttings, which are child's play to take, its just like mass production but without any hard work.

But in the meantime........
