How to Propagate and Grow
Felicia


Felicia originate from South Africa and are a genus of perennials.

Leaves are round to oval.

Flowers are daisy like and usually bloom most of the year.

Family: Asteraceae/Compositae

Species: F. petiolata


Common Names: Blue daisy, Kingfisher daisy.

Classification: Perennial.

Height: 90cm (36inches).

Flowering: From late spring through to autumn.

Usage: Ideal for herbaceous borders and as general bedding plants.

Grown in patio pots and tubs they make an excellent display for most of the year.

Site: Grow them in full sun, they thrive in it!

Soil: Any rich and very free draining soil.


Propagation Methods: By seed in spring.

Best germination temperature: 60 deg F.

Time from sowing to germination: 28 - 35 days.

How to sow seeds

By cuttings in autumn.
