How to Propagate and Grow
Eranthis

Eranthis originate from Europe and are a genus of tuberous, clump forming perennials.

Leaves are deep green, rounded and diveded into small pinnate lobes forming a ruff just behind the flower.

Flowers are attractive buttercup shape produced in spring and are yellow, they are borne on a single upright spike.

They will self seed profusely once established.

These gardening plants are very good at naturalising in wooded areas or under shrubs and soon form a thick mass of ground cover.
